What are UMO's Drop-Ins?

UMO’s drop-in service offers employees a safe and confidential space to “unload” their thoughts and concerns. Whether facing work-related stress or personal challenges, employees can receive immediate practical advice and strategies tailored to their situation.

The service provides a valuable opportunity to learn more about mental health and wellbeing resources available through UMO. Clinicians offer guidance on navigating these services and provide personalised recommendations to support employees’ unique needs.

In addition to offering immediate advice, UMO’s drop-in service empowers employees with self-management techniques. These practical tools enable individuals to build resilience and take control of their mental health and overall wellbeing.
