About the Role

We are recruiting Specialist ASC Mentors in London to work with autistic students studying at undergraduate and postgraduate level. You’ll meet students one-to-one, in person, to provide practical strategies, emotional support, and tailored guidance that reduces barriers to learning and promotes independence.

This is a flexible term-time role, ideal for professionals who want rewarding work that fits around the academic calendar. Pay is £25.00 per hour with holiday pay, pension, sick pay and clinical supervision included.

The Ideal Candidate

  • An honours degree in any subject
  • Eligibility under SFE’s Mandatory Criteria for Band 4 Specialist Mentor – Autism Spectrum Conditions (SM-ASC)
  • At least 3 years’ experience working with autistic young people or adults
  • Knowledge of strategies for supporting ASC and ADHD
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to disability equity and inclusive education
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience supporting diverse and multicultural communities

This is a flexible, term-time role with a competitive rate of £27.00 per hour plus holiday pay, pension, sick pay and clinical supervision. We welcome applicants able to commit to 25+ hours per week during term time and with experience supporting both ASC and ADHD.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Administration Graduate Intern to support our team with essential administrative and operational tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the non-profit sector while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities

  • Send follow-up emails to clients who have not completed registration.
  • Assist with assigning clients in our CRM system.
  • Update and maintain key client spreadsheets.
  • Support credit control by tracking outstanding payments and following up.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management and reporting.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Degree (or working towards one) in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
  • Experience in administration, data entry or reporting is a plus.
